Take either the JR Narita Express Train or a Limousine Bus to Tokyo Station. Narita Express is available at 30 minutes interval and it takes approximately 60 minutes from Narita to Tokyo Station at about 3000 yen. Limousine Bus is available every 15 minutes and it takes 80 minutes at about 3000 yen. Take the JR Tohoku Shinkansen Express (bullet train) from Tokyo Station to Sendai. Via Haneda International Airport
The Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal connects directly to the 3rd-floor Haneda Airport International Terminal Station of the Tokyo Monorail Line. Take the line from the Terminal Station to Hamamatsu-cho Station (490Yen) for around 15 min, and move to JR Hamamatsu-cho station. Then move to JR Tokyo station using JR Train for around 10 min. (every few min.). Take the JR Tohoku Shinkansen Express (bullet train) from Tokyo Station to Sendai. At Hamamatsu-cho station, you can buy train ticket to Sendai. You can buy JR Tohoku Shinkansen Express Ticket (Seat reservation recommended) at Tohoku Shinkansen Ticket counter in JR Tokyo Station (Of course you can buy the Shinkansen ticket at JR Hamamatsu-cho Staition.)
